The Special Master's Investigation Report Finding of Fact #39 released in March 2008 essentially confirms what SaveWCAL has suspected for a long time.
It states:
By selling WCAL, St. Olaf would be able to add a significant amount to it's "unrestricted funds" account. The addition of $10,500,000 to that account would be a welcome addition. [Then] President [...]
