Minnesota Court of Appeals sets WCAL hearing panel, date and time

This morning, SaveWCAL finally received the notice of the date for the oral arguments in SaveWCAL's Appeal of its Petition To Redress Breach Of Trust.

The hearing will be held on Tuesday, October 27, 2009 at 10:40 a.m. in courtroom 200 at the Minnesota Judicial Center in St. Paul, Minnesota — located next to the State Capitol building. The public is allowed to attend.

The case has been assigned to Judges David Minge, James C. Harten (ret.), Francis J. Connolly, Heidi S. Schellhas, and Michelle Ann Larkin.

UPDATE 09/09/09: The Minnesota Independent's Chris Stellar has reported that Judge David Minge plans to recuse himself from the case.

UPDATE 09/09/18: Judge Minge recused himself from the case. The case was then assigned to Judge James C. Harten (ret.), who also recused himself. It has now been assigned to Judge Francis J. Connolly,
