		<description>It helps that many who graduated from St. Olaf can&#039;t reconcile their former trust in St. Olaf with what the college did in that sale. A church college?  Shouldn&#039;t happen but did and they&#039;re still denying their errors. We can&#039;t look at the college in the same way we used to. The judges need to know of the disrespect many have for that church college&#039;s administration and regents.  We need to prepare them for ruling against St.O, that it&#039;s ok to rule against them.</description>

		<description>Wow, this represents a lot of work and a lot of sharp thinking. I think that the citations of Judge Wolf are particularly powerful. 
If the Court of Appeals actually studies what our attorney lays out before them, there&#039;s good hope. If they simply take on faith that good ol&#039; &quot;progressive&quot; MPR and a Lutheran college would never be so felonious then we should despair not for ourselves but for the capacity of this system to deliver justice.</description>
