A church college? Shouldn't happen but did and they're still denying their errors. We can't look at the college in the same way we used to. The judges need to know of the disrespect many have for that church college's administration and regents. We need to prepare them for ruling against St.O, that it's ok to rule against them. I think that the citations of Judge Wolf are particularly powerful. If the Court of Appeals actually studies what our attorney lays out before them, there's good hope. If they simply take on faith that good ol' "progressive" MPR and a Lutheran college would never be so felonious then we should despair not for ourselves but for the capacity of this system to deliver justice.
